Open Gym

Want to check the place out or get some extra practice in? Come on in for Open Gym and train at your pace and leisure. Whether it’s just a fun day out, or you’re on a mission to conquer that pesky obstacle, our Open Gym is here for you. It’s on the schedule as hour-long blocks, but one pass is good for the entire duration of Open Gym hours. Our staff is there to help keep everyone safe and following the rules, but keep in mind there is no instruction during this time. Open Gym Hours:

All Ages:

Fri 2pm-6pm

Sat & Sun 10am-2pm

Adults Only (Ages 13+):

Mon+Tue 7pm-9pm

Wed+Thu 815pm-915pm

Sat 6pm-9pm

We often add additional open gym times and drop-in classes on the weekends depending on availability, if no birthday parties are booked for instance. Be sure to follow us on socials to stay up to date!

You do not have to register for Open Gym beforehand, but we strongly recommend checking the schedule before you come in as we sometimes close for special events, competitions, or weather/holidays.


Drop-In Classes

Spaces are limited, so we do ask you to sign up ahead of time. I would not want you to drive all the way here and have to turn around. We may also cancel or change a class if no one is registered. Course Crushers:

Ages 6-12, Mondays 6pm-7pm & Saturdays 9am-10am

Rise to the challenge and conquer an obstacle course! We’ll set up a new obstacle course each week, and your child will have a chance to take it on. Everyone is then given some time to practice and improve on the obstacles before running the course again. And repeat. And repeat. A great way to develop strength and skill in a fun, low-key environment.

Skill level: Beginner – Advanced; Saturdays will be more geared towards beginners.

Spartan Kids:

Ages 6-12, Sundays 9am-10am (Starts May 4th)

Get ready to work up a sweat! More fitness driven; this class dives into a combination of Ninja Warrior and OCR. We’re not lifting weights, but this class will challenge our strength, cardio, and endurance with obstacle instruction and exercise/obstacle circuits

Suggested Skill Level – Open to all levels willing to take on a challenge.

Youth Program Trial Classes:

These are typically only offered during school breaks or in-between sessions of our 8-week programs. Check the calendar, but the next time these are offered would be end of June/Early July.
