Camp F.A.Q.

Q. Do you provide snacks or lunch?

A. We typically do not provide any food (unless specified that it is included) due to allergies and regulations – water is available of course. We do have snack time for those who bring some, and definitely pack a lunch if you’re here full day.

Q. What do they need to bring?

A. Lunch if they’re here for Full Day. Comfortable shoes and clothes, we don’t suggest jeans or boots. If they have climbing chalk (liquid is preferred) that’s fine too. I would try to limit the distractions (Pokemon Cards, handheld gaming systems, favorite toys).

Q. What does a typical day look like?

A. The days will vary, but we’ll start each camp with some warm-up exercises and go over the rules, and then break into some instruction with obstacles like the Warped Wall or the Rings. They’ll get some free time to burn some of that energy and practice what they want. We’ll organize a challenge, maybe an obstacle course or Ninja vs Ninja, or balance games. We’ll have non-ninja related activities too for when they might need a break from breaking a sweat. We’ll close out each camp with some stretching and cool-down exercises.

Q. I don’t know my question yet. Can I email you when I think of one?

A. Please do! Reach out to manager@ahwtraining.com with any questions or concerns.
