Beginner Ninja Warrior
Learn and practice the ins and outs of Ninja Warrior in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our adaptive classes are great for newcomers and those looking to learn some technique, get a workout in, and sharpen our skills. In class, we’ll focus on a handful of obstacles or techniques, each thoroughly explained with tips and tricks before you try. We’ll rotate through, and usually cap it off with some free time at the end to practice on obstacles of your choosing.
Thursdays 7:45pm-8:45pm
Please sign up ahead of time. Drop-in classes are subject to cancellation if no one is registered within an hour of class start time.
Guided Open Gym
Perfect time for you to come in and get on some obstacles or fitness equipment, with the freedom to explore the gym and the obstacles of your choosing, with an instructor on hand to offer any tips, advice, and assistance needed. Whether you’re here to learn, hone your skills, or just hang out and get some practice in, this is the place to be!
Tuesdays 7:45-8:45pm
$25, or $20 each for groups of 2 or more. Free for Members.
Adults and Teens (13+) Open Gym
Come get some practice in, just a heads up we may have some of our Competition Team Members still floating (or swinging) around.
Monday Nights 7:30pm-9:00pm

If no one is signed up and the gym is empty by 8:30, we’re closing up. So if you plan on coming in towards the end please be sure to sign up ahead of time!
