Open Gym & Drop-In Classes

We do ask that you register for drop-in classes beforehand, as spaces are limited and may fill up, or may be cancelled if no one is registered within an hour or start time.

Open Gym

Want to check the place out or get some extra practice in? Come on in for Open Gym and train at your pace and leisure. Whether it’s just a fun day out, or you’re on a mission to conquer that pesky obstacle, our Open Gym is here for you. It’s on the schedule as hour-long blocks, but one pass is good for the entire duration of Open Gym hours. Our staff is there to help keep everyone safe and following the rules, but keep in mind there is no instruction during this time. Open Gym is for ages 5+ unless specified otherwise. Hours may vary. Double check the calendar before coming in. We sometimes close due to private events, competitions, weather, or who knows. We also often add additional open gym times and drop-in classes on the weekends depending on availability; if no birthday parties are booked for instance. Be sure to follow us on socials to stay up to date!

Spring Open Gym Hours:

All Ages (5+):

Fri & Sat: 12-3pm

Special Mother’s Day Open Gym Hours: Sun 5/10 from 1-4pm – just $10!

Adults & Teens (13+) + Team Members Only:

Mondays 730pm-900pm

Adults (18+) Guided Open Gym

Tuesdays 7:45-8:45

Weekend Hours are often extended if no Birthday Parties are booked!

You do not have to register for Open Gym beforehand, but we strongly recommend checking the schedule before you come in as we sometimes close for special events, competitions, or weather/holidays. Proper attire is required, all participants must have closed-toed shoes/sneakers.


Youth Drop-In Classes

Spaces are limited, so we do ask you to sign up ahead of time. I would not want you to drive all the way here and have to turn around if the class is full. We may also cancel or change a class if no one is registered within an hour of start time. So don’t chance it. Classes are $28 each unless otherwise specified. Rec Ninja Classes

Get ready to climb, swing, balance, and soar! With guidance from experienced instructors, students will learn the fundamentals of Ninja Warrior in a fun, safe, encouraging environment. Suitable for all ability levels. We’ll tackle obstacles like the Rings, the Warped Wall, Laches (trapeze bars), and so much more!

Schedule may change with classes being added/moved in April once our Spring session of Youth Programs begin.

Youth OCR

Let’s conquer some strength-based obstacles while building strength of our own! We’ll introduce obstacles from popular OCRs like Spartan Race and Tough Mudder, combined with exercise routines to build the strength and ability needed to take on anything!

We’ll run (outside, weather permitting), climb, and conquer. Beginner friendly, welcoming to anyone looking to work up a sweat!

For ages 8-12 (Teens 13+ are able to join the Adult class)
